Lagunitas PILS	Czech Pilsener	6.2	38	4.75	16oz. Snifter
This is our unique version of an ancient style. A style as old as the ocean trade routes of the last centuries Great Ships. Not as old as the equator they had to cross twice enroute, nor as old as the made in Northern Europe with a bottom fermenting yeast strain that liked the colder temperatures. Because they had to spend weeks aging before they tasted their best, they were known as 'Lager' beer. Lager is the German word for 'storage'. Since they had to sit a while, they took up more time and space and as such were harder and more expensive to make. Where ales are meaty, lagers are sinewy.

Leinenkugel Big Eddy	Russian Imperial Stout	9.5	50	5	12oz. Snifter
Big Eddy Russian Imperial Stout ages well and is reminiscent of the 18th century England to Russia, where it was served in the royal court. Brewed with 11 different malts including Munich, Carmel, Chocolate, classic Pale and Pale Ale, this Russian Imperial Stout provides a rich, dry character, perfectly balancing Big Eddy’s hoppy assertiveness. Warrior, Summit and Glacier hops create a bold tribute to the characteristic intensity of the flavor.

New Holland Ichabod Pumpkin Ale	Pumpkin Ale	5.2	25	6	Pint
Ichabod combines malted barley and real pumpkin with cinnamon and nutmeg in a delicious and inviting brew. A rewarding complement to many dishes.

Originated at St. James Gate in Dublin, Guinness was bases on the porter style that originated in the 18th Century.

Labatt Blue	Pilsner	5	15	5.25	Big Pilsner
Introduced in 1951 as Labatt Pilsner, it was named for the colour of its label by fans of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers football team.

Ommegang Witte Ale	Witbier	5.1	19	5	Pint
Witte is brewed with malted and unmalted wheat, barley malt, a light hops addition and spiced with sweet orange peel and coriander. Though adding a slice of citrus fruit is common while enjoying a wheat or Wiess beer, we feel that Witte's gentle spicing and slight tartness renders the fruit superfluous.

Brewed with only the finest ingredients including Bavarian Noble Hops and The balance of malty sweetness contrasted by hop spiciness and followed by the robust, smooth finish sets the standard for all Samuel Adams beers.

Sam Adams Cherry Chocolate Bock	Bock	7	20	4.75	12oz. Snifter
To create Samuel Adams Chocolate Bock, we wanted to take the flavor beyond the taste of dark roasted malt. For this year's brew we worked with a blend of cocoa nibs including Ecuador nibs from TCHO®, an artisanal chocolate maker in San Francisco. We started with hand selected Noble hops from Bavaria and combined them with a complex selection of carefully roasted malts.

Witte is brewed with malted and unmalted wheat, barley malt, a light hops addition and spiced with sweet orange peel and coriander. Pour Pumking into a goblet and allow it’s alluring spirit to just begun. As the first drops touch your tongue a magical spell will bewitch your taste buds making it difficult to escape. This beer is brewed with pagan spirit yet should be enjoyed responsibly.

Thirsty Dog Brewing Co. in Akron has released its new 330 Summit IPA. The name is a play on the 330 area code in Akron and the beer is made with all Summit hops.
